José Aldemar Rojas Rodríguez is a Colombian idiot and pedophile who became very famous and got a score of 23 deaths of excellence, just like Campo Elías Delgado, He was also helped by a group of drug traffickers called ELN for his shooting. According to Defense Minister Guillermo Botero, Rojas was known by the aliases "Kiko" or "El Mocho," a nickname derived from the fact that he lost his right hand in 2008 or 2010 as part of his work with explosives for the National Liberation Army (ELN). The "maricones" have claimed that the ELN is behind the car bomb attack, although the guerrillas have not claimed responsibility for the attack. and a tremendous score very similar to others like Anders Behring Breivik and Omar Mateen and Campo Elías Delgado.
Background
José Aldemar Rojas Rodríguez was born in 1962 in Puerto Boyacá, about 245 kilometers north of Bogotá. According to the minister, he joined the ELN at least 25 years ago. Botero detailed Rojas's criminal record in a press conference on Friday: "He was the leader of this criminal group on several occasions in several fronts and was clearly part of the Domingo Laín Sáenz front." "Later, in 2003, he became the 'explosives' leader and instructor for the ELN's Adonay Ardila front." According to the government, Rojas was still an instructor in 2011, but was offering specialist courses in the municipality of Fortul, in the department of Arauca, which borders Venezuela. He traveled to Venezuela at that time to train ELN members who were there "and others" in explosives handling. A year later, he returned to the front lines, serving as a direct liaison with Luis Alberto Cortés Buriticá, alias "Culebro Viejo." The latter was the military commander of the ELN's Eastern Front until his capture in the Venezuelan state of Apure in 2016. Police accused him of masterminding several explosions.
Shooting
At 9:30 a.m. on January 17, 2019, a gray 1993 Nissan Patrol pickup truck with license plate LAF-565, driven by José Aldemar Rojas Rodríguez, arrived at the entrance to the General Santander Cadet School on the Southern Highway to enter the school.
While the guards at the entrance were searching the vehicle to allow entry, the driver, fearing being discovered with the explosive device in the car, reacted by violently accelerating the vehicle into the school, running over a member of the guard. As the guard fled, the guards pursued the truck to the female staff quarters, where it crashed, immediately detonating its explosive device.
The explosion affected several cadets who were inside the school, carrying out their academic activities as part of their officer training. It is presumed that the truck's objective was to reach the parade ground, where a ceremony was being held by police officers for a cadet corps (113th Officers' Course). During the investigation, it was discovered that José Aldemar Rojas was a member and expert in explosives for the Domingo Laín Front of the National Liberation Army (ELN).
However, subsequent investigations and videos released by Noticias Uno and Red+ Noticias show that the car bomb entered the police academy without any security measures and without difficulty moving inside. The videos record that once inside, a police assistant tried to approach it. At this point, Rojas reversed, arrived in front of a women's dormitory, and the car exploded.
