Henry Waxman^✡ (D-CA) is a United States Congressman from California, and the second-ugliest person on the planet after Brian Peppers. He is 69 years old, has been a Representative in Congress for at least 100 years and is a poster boy for why Jews need to be Holocausted again. He is the chair of Congress' Chamber of Energy and Commerce, but spends most of his free time bitching about how the Bush Administration fucked up the entire world. Some believe that the only reason he keeps getting sent back to Congress is for comic relief purposes, but the reality is that he's there to make sure that the Jews' take over and rape America from the inside out plan succeeds.
