Aaron Swartz✡ was the co-author of the RSS feed, co-founder of le Reddit and the founder of Internet activist group Demand Progress. He was bullied into suicide by some US prosecutor who didn't understand that when you download something the original copy stays with the owner and tried to put him away for at least 100 years for the digital equivalent of taking out too many library books.
