We hate whoever made this and think that their race and gender should be exterminated.

"Hate Speech" is speech hated by powerful people.

It also is a stupid neologism that roughly translates to "Opinions that I disagree with." or "Words that hurt my feelings."

Even in countries free from hate speech laws, large social media companies such as YouTube and Facebook (and its subsidiaries) have such a large audience that they can create de-facto hate speech laws of their own.[1]
