Google And Meta Lawsuit
In the ever continuing attempt of Children seeking to blame others for their growing up to be absolute losers, Google and Meta had to pay out $6 Million Dollars because some stupid Bitch is blaming the internet, and not her Mother and Father for her becoming Addicted to the Internets because her parents were too damn lazy to give her a good old fashioned Bitch Slap and take her Phone and the plug to her Cumputer away from her, every night, like ours did. We thank our parents for this proper parenting that led us to grow up to be absolutely Normal productive citizens that are in a dysfunctional relationship with a verbally abusive Redhead.
Acting like a Mexican jumping out in front of your Car in the hopes of getting paid, Kaley, who only wants go be known as KGM because she's afraid of getting Doxed. To quote Stephen Hawking, "Given enough time, all things are possible." We give it two or three weeks before everyone on the planet knows who she is.
Looking to get paid, Kaley, KGM decided to blame Facebook, JewTube and Google for all the failings in her pathetic Life because, according to her and her E-lawyer, these sites are designed to get children addicted to them by using logarithmic programs that keep feeding a person what they want to see and get them addicted.
If a person is like You and wants to see a Tranny male blowing a donkey, they hook you up with beastiality Porn. If they're into the Lie that is called the Jewish Holocaust JewTube, Facebook or Google will predict what sites you might want to visit or people that you might want to add as Friends.
Like most lawsuits, this trial was a thinly veiled mask of calling something addictive, like Cigarettes, Wonderful, Wonderful, Opiates] or Twinkies, as an excuse for someone failing at life.
Kaley Gets Paid

Mark's idea was to sue companies not for the content that they post but for causing addiction and mental health problems.
Kaley, KGM claims that she made her first Instagram account when she was 9 and YouTube when she was 10 despite these sites restricting account making only to those 13 or older.

KGM claimed, or was rather coached by her attorney to say, that it was the constant notifications from these sites that contributed to her addiction because she was afraid that she might miss out on something. Furthermore, much like every girl from the 1960's to present, that are still blaming Barbie, Bratz, and Monster High Girls for their eating a gallon of ice-cream and then puking it up, our Darling little Kaley said that it was because that the girls on these sites were using Image Filters in their pictures and videos that she started comparing herself to them. Mark Zuckerberg's attorneys, actually doing their job because they're getting paid even if they win or lose, alleged that Kaley's parents’ divorce and the abusive treatment by her mother, whether ignoring her or calling her Fat when she did notice that Kaley was there, was the root cause of her emotional pain. Probably the most important point but getting missed by the Jury because they were ready to blame the internet for Kids cutting themselves the same way big titted floozie Jenny McCarhy got people to believe that inoculations were giving kids Autism, Google and Meta's attorneys kept pointing out that despite all these claims of becoming mentally and emotionally damaged by the Internets, Kaley's own therapist never documented that social media use was a factor in Kaley's mental health problems.
Seeing the Blood on Mark Lanier's shoes and his worn out soles from chasing ambulances, Jess Miers, associate professor of law at the University of Akron School of Law, said, "Autoplay is only engaging because of what it plays. Infinite scroll only retains users because of what it surfaces," suggesting that many Apps use these same exact features but they aren't the ones bring sued because they don't have the same deep pockets like Google, Facebook and Meta do.
Going home happy because a Jury, made up of people that were too dumb to figure out how to get out of Jury Duty, decided to pay our dear, emotionally distraught Kaley $6 Million. $3 million is in compensatory damages and an additional $3 million in punitive damages.
Probably most happy over the verdict is Atty. Mark Lanier. Being a Personal Injury Lawyer, Ambulance Chaser, and working on contigency - he only gets paid if he wins, Most likely took home $2.5 Million. As our new favorite attorney because, after getting paid, he got someone a $3.5 Million Payday over a trivial matter. We want to get paid too.

You Can Now Sue The Internet
Like sharks being attracted to the smell of blood, attorneys are being attracted to the smell of making easy money through litigation now that this bellwether, test trial has been won. Not really wanting to have to Work, attorneys can now see that internet companies will want to settle out of court rather then have to pay to go to court and pay out more with a jury decision.
Seeing this as a huge win, supporters of internet accountability like Jon Schweppe with his App Store Accountability Act and Jake Auchincloss and Erin Houchin with their Parents Over Platforms Act because they get to point their fingers and say, "We told you so. The internet IS fucking up our kids." People like them will see internet bills being passed and the big tech companies changing their ways because they will be afraid of losing money through lawsuits, settlement and the loss of ad revenue.
On the positive, some Crybaby liberals that are opposed to these internet laws being passed are saying that such laws will likely lead to the removal of LGBTQ+ content from the internet so if they do pass and such wisdom is enacted, men will be able to sue for trauma because of all the Traps they've stepped into on sites like X, Snapchat or Instagram.
It's because of one Snitch, he'll probably even get denied a SNAP Card because nobody likes a Rat, Frances Haugen, that made KGM's case and will make even more after this one. Some are saying, not ED, being the good Christians that we are we would never suggest such a thing, that Frances Haugen should just get it over with and Kill his entire family extending all the way to second cousins and then Kill Himself because he has ensured that no one in his immediate family, children if he has them and their children will ever be able to get a job with a Tech Company after a background check is done. Yes, companies are this petty. Here's an example of such pettyness. Try and get a security clearance with the Government having a first cousin that committed a major felony. Unless it's the US Mail and you're black, you're not getting hired. Just don't be surprised when you're the one delivering to the crack hoods.
What Frances did was leak internal research documents from the company previously known as Facebook showing that employees were aware Girls reported their eating disorders were worsening after using Instagram. Social media use can prompt girls to compare and criticize their own bodies, and many companies struggle to moderate influencers promoting eating disorders on their platforms. So if you're a girl, or a Boy that wants to be a Girl, just blame a website for making you feel fat and you'll get paid.
