I decided that I would finally contribute to ED with something useful, so yesterday I set out to learn mediawiki. It was kinda tough at first, but I figured it out after an hour or so, and created {{scrub}}. Scrub is an expanding/collapsing tutorial for new users, you just put that shit on their talk page, it doesn't take up the space that {{welcome}} does, and I think it's even more helpful.

Just a while ago, I created {{scrublyfe}} which is basically scrub, but in a box. I wasn't really sure what I was doing, I took the warning template, copied the source and played with it until it did what I wanted it to. It has a nice blue color to it, and is left aligned. I don't know how to center it, but if anyone thinks it should be centered, and they know how, whatever. It's important to note that I didn't remake scrub when I made scrublyfe, I just nested scrub into the box, so to edit the contents of scrublyfe as far as the tutorial goes, you have to edit scrub itself.

Here's scrublyfe. If you think it needs something, go ahead and edit scrub. The goal of scrub was to make welcome obsolete, and to do it in a smaller amount of space. I think I've met both of those goals.
