Anonops is an irc network and website created by famed journalist Barrett Brown some time in the mid 80's. It's home to a plethora of internet activists and has been the starting ground for a number of projects including the rape of famed recording artist Gene Simmons and the over throw of Pretty Cool Guy Hosni Mubarak.

In the earlier spring of the year of our lord some bitch decided it would be a good idea to shut down ED with no warning what so ever. Over 9000 bee's poured out of the Anonops hive and began to scour cached webpages in the hopes to rebuild ED. No one knows why they did it, some scholars have suggested a strange sort of cyber-masochistic tendencies. Regardless of the reasons they where successful in bringing ED back to life.
