Introduction
Once upon a cringy timeline, in the enchanted village of Westminster, Maryland, there roamed a man known as Sorin Orii. Donning flowing robes and wielding a wooden staff, he styled himself as the Wandering Wizard of Westminster. But behind the beard and cosplay mysticism was one Jason Evan Behre, a man who pled guilty to charges involving **child pornography** and **obscene materials** in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
His life story is what happens when a sex offender takes up LARPing and admin powers.
The Crimes
Back in 1999, Jason Behre racked up a spellbook’s worth of felonies:
- 18 counts – Dissemination of Photos/Films of Child Sex Acts
- 23 counts – Possession of Child Pornography
- 21 counts – Criminal Use of a Communication Facility
- 14 counts – Selling Obscene/Sexual Materials
He pled guilty to a few, received probation, and somehow dodged sex offender registration through a series of legal maneuvers in 2006–2007. The rest of the 76 total charges? Nolle prossed. Not dropped out of mercy — dropped because plea deals protect monsters too.
Rebranding As "Sorin Orii"
Rather than vanish into the shadow realm of irrelevance, Jason reemerged as a mystical "healer" and self-proclaimed wizard. Dressed in full Gandalf drag, he:
- Took photos with children
- Roamed the streets of Westminster, MD
- Participated in “cosplay therapy” events at local libraries
- Built up a local reputation as the friendly “town wizard” while never disclosing his history
He fooled a lot of folks. Until they found the docket.

In a moment of poetic stupidity, Sorin once posted:

And so we didn’t.
The Facebook Admin Arc
For a brief time in 2025, Jason became an admin of the “Westminster Community Online” Facebook group. This was his final form: the cranky internet mall cop who went full-blown sanctimonious.

The Ousting
Eventually, someone put it together using a 3 year old photo he posted on reddit of his backyard with a very distinct building. A post exposing Sorin’s entire criminal history was posted on June 17, 2025, screenshots included:
The post stayed in "pending" limbo — because Jason himself had to approve it. He didn’t. But it leaked anyway. The group turned on him faster than you can say “Lancaster docket search.” He was removed from the group, and now lives in social media exile, robe and all.
