That's a written admission of responsibility having instigated it even if he got someone else to perform the act. And even if he posted that with a proxy there's numerous IPs attached to that account historically throughout Wikipedia's checkuser:

Go sik the FBI on him Brandt, just use the magic word "Lulzsec" or "Ryan Cleary" that should open a lot of doors I bet. Show them the news articles too, make it clear this isn't just some fan site they are taking down, it's a civil rights site, something that stood/stands against one of the biggest corporate giants of our time and it is being noticed by the media that the site is down in the same way as when Lulzsec attacked other bigger sites. Same as if someone attacked Wikipedia Review, someone has to hang when it's a "notable" site by Wikipedia's terms. They've got to help you, or people start asking questions like why are richer websites getting special treatment. You should open a donation appeal like Wikipedia making it clear that Scroogle's future is threatened :(

And just wow, how ridiculous whoever it is behind this are making themselves look hurting their own allies (supporting anonymity against Google, for crying out loud) for the sake of egos... This is the kind of thing that makes Anonymous look like a bunch of idiotic manchildren to the rest of the public when it can achieve so much more. :( This is the kind of thing that overshadows the good things in the eye of the public and is just so amazingly self-defeating...
