The journey of dying alone is not unlike the Noble Eight-Fold Path of Buddhism. Hell, the Japanese even have a word for it, Kodokushi (孤独死) or when you sadly die in a 15 square meter apartment, all alone and the only way your body is discovered is when you start to stink up the place a few days after your death and the bugs start to come.
To prepare for this misanthropic style of death one must discipline the body and mind in preparation for alienating everyone who has ever loved or cared for you (if there ever was anyone). The first step in this journey is often a self diagnosis of Assburger's or Antisocial Personality Disorder (sociopath). Dying alone is an endeavor which takes a lifetime of dedication.
