Chief (Devin Bharath) is an autistic 15 year old notorious Canadian script-kiddie located in Scarborough, Ontario, Canada. It is a well-known fact that Devin is an all-around failure at social engineering, packeting, and life in general . He goes to Wexford Collegiate School for the Arts in Ontario which is a fancy school for the retarded. He is a part of the packeting-group of script-kiddies known as LizardSquad.

Early Hacking Career

Devin first started on the alias "Thought" and registered on LeakForums. He claimed to have studied his fair share of packeting which, in his eyes, would make him a master at performing Layer 7 DDoS attacks. Devin would soon try to take up social engineering. After making a Skype account he made some internet friends. He would soon join a script-kiddie team full of other toddlers called Team Apparition. When his best internet friend Dollar quit, Devin had quit his alias known as "Thought".

Beginning of a Legacy

Devin had come back on his new alias as "Chief". At first, "Chief" denied that he was Devin, although, any retarded individual with the brain-capacity of an ape could have figured this out. After honing his newly learned skills he befriended an [fat|overweight]] former member of HTP, "KMS". Chief soon became the master troll, or at least he thought. He made many horrible attempts to troll many such as KMS, Erebus, Sequel, and Starfall. After trying to own Starfall seen [[1]], Devin gets his website rooted three times as well as getting his dox released. Devin turned to self-harm becoming the ultimate emo faggot.

Current Life

Devin hangs around on skype and his private twitter like a bulimic girl. He takes credit for the LizardSquad DDoS attacks even though he had no part in them.
