autistic screeching is a 4chan meme mocking the complaints of a 3rd party country, entity or ideology when 2 different and separate parties form an alliance or have a mutual agreement or understanding. The screeching itself is phonetically interpreted as "REEEEEEE."
This can also be taken literally, for example if an aspie or SJW is triggered to the point of primal rage and is rendered to loud or high-pitched screams of emotion.
