Chief (Devin Steadman) is a 15 year old notorious Canadian hacker located within the province of Ontario in the city Toronto. Devin is a master manipulator, and social engineer. He goes to a Collegiate Institute which is basically a school for the gifted. He was a part of a hacking team known as GGSec. Currently living in a Canadian ghetto he seems to remain "undoxed" as the kids call it.
Early Hacking Career
Devin first started on the alias Thought and registered on LeakForums. He claims to have a botnet with over 20,000 bots. He started learning about botnets, hacking, and other miscellaneous illegal things. After making a Skype account he made some internet friends. He would soon join a hacking team full of other hackers called Team Apparition. After his friend Dollar quit Devin had quit his alias "Thought".
Beginning of a Legacy
Devin now made his new alias as "Chief". He would soon take his uneducated dumbass to start studying the ancient ways of how to be 1337.
After honing his newly learned skills he befriended a former HTP member that goes by "KMS". Chief soon became what we would know as the master troll. He would go on to troll many including Sequel, Erebus, and Meo. After getting into an argument with Sequel and Erebus a dox was released on Devin. The dox was under the name of Devin Steadman which contained enough information to be considered rape. Devin was quick to deny this. Sequel and Erebus were arguing that this info was correct. This feud would soon end though. Chief seemed to befriend Sequel and Erebus as well. They soon became the three musketeers. Together they formed the ultimate alliance trolling anyone in their paths.
Current Life
Devin mostly hangs out on Skype with his friends now trolling the world. He also spends a fair amount of time harassing Bubbles, and watching gay porn. He is still an elite hacking god. He also has his website chief.cat which he works on.
