HTML won't show up in a wiki unless it's a tag like <nowiki></nowiki> that just happens to be the same for both markups. I mean tropes is a language based wiki, and you're not bothering with images, so why not just like ... copy paste? Just stick them in TV Tropes/Article Name? Just read [[ED:SG]] and learn the difference in linking and piping. For instance you would say <nowiki>[[User:RMS#Ya]] instead of [http://encyclopediadramatica.se/User_talk:Rms#Ya]</nowiki> to link to other pages on ED. works with subpages, too.
