TL;DR - there's usually a VERY GOOD reason why lawyers tell their clients to [[STFU]] during a lawsuit. Karl's retardedness and inability to realise why, played a major part in his complete downfall, as we later see.

==Origins==
Before Karl started as a JewTuber, somewhere around 2014-2015, he started off his online journey as a pickup artist and would create some of the most extreme to the extreme cringeworthy content relating to quote unquote "overcome social anxiety", accompanied with a book under the name '''Approach Her Now''', which in a nutshell involved picking up women in the most creepiest of ways.

After the failure of this venture, he would then move on to speedrunning various games, especially Goldeneye 007, which he would start making content about on YouTube in 2017 before quickly turning over to exposing cheaters in speedrunning and gaming in general.

==Content on Billy Mitchell and the fuck-up==
And that's where we move on to his content on Billy Mitchell, which Karl would make several videos about, milking every single bit of him padded out with fluff. Then, on May 26, 2021, in a video titled ''The Biggest Conmen In Video Game History Strike Again!'', he made what would end up being his biggest fuck-up, when he started glossing over what happened to Apollo Legend, and tried to pin his suicide on Billy Mitchell by falsely claiming that Billy's lawsuits against Apollo directly led to his declining mental health and that he was required to pay Billy a lot of money as part of the settlement.

But with his ongoing health issues, this was all too much of a burden, and he ultimately took his own life. Not that Billy Mitchell would ever care, though. In fact, when Billy Mitchell thought Apollo died earlier, he expressed joy at the thought. The lawsuit against Apollo was just as frivolous as the rest, and Apollo definitely would have won in court, but again, he was extremely ill and couldn’t handle the ongoing stress.|The quote in question, later removed from the video}}

The [[truth]]? That was not the case at all, Apollo Legend was NEVER required to pay Billy ANY money in the settlement, which had been clarified by Billy himself in a now-private response video, by one of Apollo's family members, and even by fucking [[Keemstar]] of all people.

The allegations would later be removed from the video in June of 2021, and a retraction was later made the following month, though [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ppJi6uAstP4 right at the very end of a video that had absolutely nothing to do with Billy Mitchell], hidden away in such a manner that would not be seen by many.

==The Lawsuit, and the Lying By Omission==
Then, in September of 2021, after many threats from Billy about starting lawsuits against Karl, he would finally start one, which was about the false allegations Karl made about Billy being responsible for Apollo's suicide. Karl, knowing full damn well that his viewers would not support him if they knew the lawsuit was about Apollo Legend, tried to hide it as much as possible and tricked his viewers into thinking the lawsuit was about he calling him a cheat.

He would later fraudulently start a GoFundMe to support his defence fund, again not mentioning ANYWHERE that the lawsuit was about the Apollo Legend allegations, thereby his viewers donated to said GoFundMe fund under completely false pretences. Word on the street is, [[Notch]] had also offered to help support him in the lawsuit, but when digging deeper into the details of the lawsuit and finding out that it was not about the cheating allegations at all but was actually about accusing Billy of being responsible for Apollo's suicide, he backed out and stopped supporting him.

This lawsuit would eventually go to trial a full 3 years later in September of 2024 and those closely following the case would know that the lawsuit was all about the Apollo Legend allegations and had nothing to do with cheating, and that the judge would specifically point out that Billy ''already'' had a reputation of cheating and lying, but that Karl had recklessly and unfairly damage it even further by pinning Apollo's suicide on Billy. Though, knowing most of his audience that would take every single bit of Karl's words and are too lazy to research the details of the lawsuit.

In total, Karl had made several videos about Billy, and a huge majority of them did not mention Apollo Legend anywhere, so ''of course'' his viewers are not going to get the impression that the lawsuit was about the Apollo Legend allegations. A very crystal clear textbook case of Lying By Omission.

==Downfall==

==Content on Billy Mitchell and the fuck-up==
And that's where we move on to his content on Billy Mitchell, which Karl would make several videos about, milking every single bit of him padded out with fluff. Then, on May 26, 2021, in a video titled ''The Biggest Conmen In Video Game History Strike Again!'', he made what would end up being his biggest fuck-up, when he started glossing over what happened to Apollo Legend, and tried to pin his suicide on Billy Mitchell by falsely claiming that Billy's lawsuits against Apollo directly led to his declining mental health and that he was required to pay Billy a lot of money as part of the settlement.

Then, in September of 2021, after many threats from Billy about starting lawsuits against Karl, he would finally start one, which was about the false allegations Karl made about Billy being responsible for Apollo's suicide. Karl, knowing full damn well that his viewers would not support him if they knew the lawsuit was about Apollo Legend, tried to hide it as much as possible and tricked his viewers into thinking the lawsuit was about he calling him a cheat.

He would later fraudulently start a GoFundMe to support his defence fund, again not mentioning ANYWHERE that the lawsuit was about the Apollo Legend allegations, thereby his viewers donated to said GoFundMe fund under completely false pretences. Word on the street is, [[Notch]] had also offered to help support him in the lawsuit, but when digging deeper into the details of the lawsuit and finding out that it was not about the cheating allegations at all but was actually about accusing Billy of being responsible for Apollo's suicide, he backed out and stopped supporting him.

This lawsuit would eventually go to trial a full 3 years later in September of 2024 and those closely following the case would know that the lawsuit was all about the Apollo Legend allegations and had nothing to do with cheating, and that the judge would specifically point out that Billy ''already'' had a reputation of cheating and lying, but that Karl had recklessly and unfairly damage it even further by pinning Apollo's suicide on Billy. In mid 2022, Callum would get into a relationship with a user known as Shirley.xml (also known as Pinoridev). Shirley would attempt to solicit nude photos of Callum (who was 13 at the time) as well as engaging as ERP with him. ==Downfall==
In mid-late 2022, Luma would come into contact with a group of trolls known as the Holy Xamanian Reich, most notably a user named Amontillado. Amont would be the one to leak both Callum's full legal name, his address, and his IP. After this, Luma would create a butthurt rant on Amont and his friends. In early 2023, some members of HXR would begin to troll Callum on discord and sometimes twitter, this led to even more spergery on his youtube channel where he would frequently upload rant videos. Later in mid-late 2023, users began to bait Callum into committing erotic roleplay, this is when trolls found out about his ABDL fetish, which soon became a major mockery point.

Season 1 of Skibidi Toilet introduces the fundamental unit of both sides of the war that is about to come. On the Skibidi side, there is a head attached to a toilet, also known as the Skibidi Toilet. On the resistance side, there is a CCTV camera attached to a human body in the place where a human head should be, also known as a Cameraman. It is heavily implied in episodes 3 and 4 that the Cameramen are native to Skibiditropolis, while the Skibidi Toilets take on an aggressive and invasive role. From an artistic point of view, we already see the genius of Skibidi Toilet. One side bears a human head, but an artificial body. The other is represented by a human body, but an artificial head. Neither side is completely human. The viewer is left questioning which side to take, inspiring us to ask ourselves which part of a human is most important, displaying a nice example of the philosophical explorations that are constantly invoked by the show.

Season 2 contains the first instances of violence in the series. What was previously a somewhat goofy atmosphere quickly turns serious, as war trucks, organized armies, and explosions make their appearances in episodes 5 and 8. The Skibidi Toilets are also portrayed as wildly varying in size. What was previously a mere detail in season 1 is now a main feature of the Skibidi army, with some Skibidi Toilets being larger and stronger than their Skibidi underlings. Episode 5 even portrays these massively sized Skibidi Toilets as being able to fly, further cementing their advanced strength. One might think that the Cameramen, who are all small, are facing a hopeless situation. Fortunately for those who have chosen to root for them, a fatal weakness of Skibidi Toilets is introduced in episode 7: flushing. By simply turning the toilet handle of a Skibidi Toilet, the head will be flushed down the toilet hole, never to be seen again. Still, flushing larger toilets proves to be quite daunting.

Season 3 simply furthers the conflict, with some religious themes making an appearance on the Skibidi side, implying a strong morale for the Skibidi Toilets, and a Skibidi Toilet police force in episode 9, implying some sort of local territorial governance of the Skibidi Toilets, providing more depth to and somewhat contradicting the original assumption that the Skibidi Toilets are nothing but invaders. Episode 10, apart from containing the first instance of a large Skibidi Toilet being flushed, contains the first instance of a Cameraman performing the “Thumbs Up” move, a gesture that will soon become iconic to the series, and a symbol of every triumph on the side of the Resistance. Episode 11 features a giant Skibidi Toilet with horns attached to its head, contradicting the “holy” Skibidi Toilet with a halo on its head preaching in episode 10.
